This article examines the legal regulation of digital technologies, focusing on artificial intelligence and personal data protection. The rapid development of digitalization creates new forms of social relations and challenges existing legal systems. The use of artificial intelligence raises serious issues related to human rights, privacy, data security, and legal liability.The study provides a comparative analysis of the legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards. The role of international organizations in shaping digital regulation is analyzed. The article concludes with recommendations aimed at improving digital law and ensuring responsible use of artificial intelligence.
