This scientific article examines the potential of using online platforms and digital tools for documenting and investigating crimes against humanity during armed conflicts. The study highlights the role of social networks, specialized internet resources, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methods in collecting, verifying, and disseminating information about widespread violations of international humanitarian law and human rights. The advantages of these technologies, as well as the challenges related to ensuring data authenticity, verification processes, legal compliance, and the security of digital evidence, are analyzed. Additionally, the article discusses the practices of international organizations, human rights groups, and judicial bodies that utilize internet resources in conflict investigations, emphasizing their significance in strengthening accountability and protecting human rights in the modern world.
